Lance is a Director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes in industrial investment sales and advisory. He is responsible for the disposition, forward sale and development equity placement of industrial assets throughout the southwestern United States and primarily focuses on the Houston market. During his career, Lance has completed in excess of $1.8 billion in real estate transactions.
