Lance is the co-founder of SC Homes and Land Realty and the Broker-in-Charge. With over 20 years experience in real estate Lance is well known and liked among the real estate professionals in the Midlands of SC.
Lance's education back ground is rather eclectic starting with two years of study in fine art and a bachlor degree in accounting from USC.
Lance's passion is helping clients navigate the real estate market successfully and achieving their goals wheather it be to sell, buy or build a home, or if they have a property they want managed. Lance has developed a company that gives real options to clients such as not only finding that great house, but also putting together a renovation package to make the home like new and arrainging it all in a single financing package like was recently done for one client or helping an investor client achieve positive cash flow from the start. Whether the goal is more esthetic or financial Lance is equally comfortable and enthusiastic about both.
Lance is equally passionate about coaching and mentoring young agents helping them to develop their real estate careers.
