Lance has an engineering background and a love for project management. Originally from Michigan, he decided to obtain his real estate license in 2003, while running a machine assembly shop. Life then took him to Nashville, TN in 2006 which allowed him to focus on Real Estate full time. Working the business himself and realizing there had to be an easier way, he surrounded himself with other top agents in the country and quickly adopted the team concept. Lance’s growing Real Estate team now gives him the freedom to spend time focusing on his business and doing more of what he loves.
