Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Lance Ryan brings over twenty seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to Watson Land Company. Lance joined Watson in 1997, serving as the Director of Marketing & Leasing and Senior Vice President of Marketing & Leasing prior to assuming his role as EVP/COO in 2015. He oversees Asset Management, property management, customer service, leasing & marketing for the firm’s 20 million square foot portfolio of industrial properties and land holdings.
Lance graduated with distinction from San Diego State University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Communications. He went on to earn a professional designation as a Global Logistics Specialist through Cal State Long Beach, in partnership with the Port of Long Beach. As a result of this specialization, Lance has unique insight into the logistics and transportation industry surrounding the local ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.
Lance currently serves as President of the 1,200 member Southern California Chapter of NAIOP, Secretary and Board Member of Future Ports, and serves on the NAIOP National Education Committee
