Lance S. Korman joined Newmark in 2000 at the firm’s Manhattan headquarters, became a partner in 2011, and currently serves as a Vice Chairman. He has negotiated leasing transactions in excess of $2.4 billion, cementing his reputation as a leader in tenant representation and complex real estate assignments.
As one of the most sought-after real estate advisors, Korman is primarily responsible for working with clients to expand or decrease their real estate requisites.
