Lance Bloom has brokered more than $100 million in transactions. He specializes in urban land sales, focusing on the core submarkets of the Nashville CBD for office, hospitality, multifamily, and retail purposes.
The Nashville Business Journal has recognized Lance as both a “Heavy Hitter” nominee and a “Power Leader.” Lance has also been nominated for NAIOP’s 2015 “Power Broker of the Year” award. He is an active member of the Nashville Downtown Partnership’s Residential Development Committee.
