F. Lamar Williams is a Rock Hill native and joined SVN | Southern Commercial Real Estate in 2008 as an Advisor. Williams brings almost 40 years experience in sales, consulting, appraising and development. Currently, Williams is assisting clients in locating new commercial space, in both sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. Williams is very excited to be involved with the new Riverwalk complex on Cherry Road. Williams has worked to see growth in that corridor for many years and now that it is under construction, he will be involved in locating owners and tenants for the business spaces.
Williams is a graduate of Presbyterian College, served as a navy officer during the Vietnam era and is retired from the Navy Reserves. Williams is a father of three grown children and enjoys being grandfather to two boys along with wife, Jane and they are both active members of Westminster Presbyterian Church.
