As a fourth generation Nevada native, Lacie was born in Tonopah, NV. She relocated around both Northern and Southern Nevada a few times, before her parents settled in Sparks when she was about 4 years old. Lacie has lived in the Sparks area ever since! She currently lives in Spanish Springs with her family.
Lacie is passionate about combining integrity, work ethic, fun and friendship in her businesses. She has a 25+ year history of providing an excellent customer service experience, having a background in retail, management, the salon industry, as well as the real estate field. She has been a licensed nail technician since 2003, and that is where she learned the art of building long-lasting friendships within business while making each client feel like family.
You will often also find Lacie giving back to the community in various ways. In the manner close to her heart, Lacie has served as a volunteer, Vice-President, President and Immediate Past President for the Northern NV Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors, providing life-long assistance to families and co-workers of law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty. Lacie comes to the table with unfortunately great experience in this area as well as she is the surviving daughter of Deputy Frank Minnie Sr. from the Washoe County Sheriff's Office. She also is a volunteer responder with the Trauma Intervention Programs (TIP), which is a national non-profit organization of volunteers dedicated to ensuring that those who are emotionally traumatized in emergency situations receive the assistance they need. In these programs, well-trained citizen volunteers are called to emergency scenes to assist family members, witnesses, and other bystanders whom the emergency system often must leave behind.
Lacie purchased her very first home in 2016 as a single mother with four children and it was during that process that she fell in love with the real estate industry as a whole. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and navigate the journey to home ownership. She simply loves finding people homes - whether that is a home buyer, a renter or an investor. As a licensed Realtor and Property Manager, she is a reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable resource for your home buying, renting, investment or property management needs.
