Jamie Smith provides Corporate Services and Tenant Representation. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation for office services.
He is a member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
In Corporate Services, he is one of three account managers supporting exclusive worldwide transaction and lease administration services for Genworth Financial (a global insurance provider). He also is co-account manager for a team of seven Cassidy Turley associates providing exclusive global (outsourcing) real estate services for Allegis Group, the largest privately-owned staffing corporation in North America, and its affiliated companies (Aerotek, TEKsystems, Stephen James). He also serves as co-account manager for Prometric (a global education testing company), responsible for strategic management, integration and staffing of a team of seven providing four distinct areas of service and worldwide coverage.
In Tenant Representation, he exclusively represented Wells Fargo with the leasing and purchase of 220,000 square feet of office space in Howard County, which consisted of five separate transactions from 2001 to 2006. The team has also provided transaction services elsewhere in Maryland, Virginia and Delaware. He provided local tenant advisory services working with Lockheed Martin Corp. for multiple leases from 2001 to 2006, in Anne Arundel, Howard and Prince George’s Counties, totaling in excess of 250,000 square feet.
As a Landlord Representative, he has provided consulting and marketing services for Abrams Development Group pertaining to selection, acquisition and development of 75± acres in Columbia Gateway, totaling in excess of one million square feet of office product in 23 buildings, from 1996 to present.
