Kyle Stevens is a Broker and Consultant bringing his decades of experience to the Remlinger Group and is a long time Snohomish county resident. Kyle began his real estate career in 2005 with a focus on commercial real estate and land development. He is well-versed in commercial real estate and development practices, local municipalities, zoning, land use codes, and environmental issues. He has a firm understanding of potential future development areas in and around Snohomish county.
He regularly ascertains the commercial market, availability of developable land and existing building opportunities, retail properties, and future growth potential, whether for raw land development or various business use cases. He has identified housing opportunities for future growth in apartments, housing developments and multi-family units in partnership with housing developers. In consultation with his clients, Kyle can assess properties and projects for their highest and best use.
Kyle previously owned and operated a landscape construction business for 10 years, overseeing large installation and renovation projects, both commercial and residential. With a strong background in client relations, interpersonal communications, and sales, Kyle’s focus is meeting his clients’ needs for properties, including residential clients. He takes the time needed to build rapport with each client to better serve their individual needs.
Kyle coached youth basketball for over 20 years in the Everett and Snohomish areas. He is a certified personal trainer and has over 10 years in mixed martial arts training. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys golfing, hiking, kayaking, and any type of water sports, including swimming with sharks in the Bahamas. Kyle and his wife, Tracie of 27 years, live in Snohomish with their daughter, Ross and her rescue dog, Day-Z.
