Bio
Kyle Snyder is Presidio Bay’s Portfolio Manager and has over nine years of real estate experience with five years of asset management experience. Kyle works with Class-A office, retail, mixed-use and healthcare assets and holds a strong record of maximizing asset value, establishing strategic asset goals, maintaining tenant relationships and executing investment strategies.
Previously, Kyle managed over 1.2M square feet of San Francisco Bay Area office assets including Levi’s Plaza, Waterfront Plaza and The Exchange at Larkspur Landing. He received his B.S. in Economics from Saint Mary’s College of California and completed his Commercial Real Estate certificate program at Boston University. In his free time, Kyle enjoys golfing, traveling, spending time outdoors with his family and dogs, and attending concerts.
