Bio
A testament to the stability and longevity of the company, Kyle represents the third generation of the Northwest Properties family. His sound operational instincts and infectious energy bring a welcome dimension to the team.
Kyle joined Northwest in December 2015 after receiving his Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Victoria’s renowned Gustavson School of Business. While he is new to the industry, Kyle’s family history, eagerness to learn and wide variety of project experience from his studies grant him a sound and instinctive operational understanding that spans all aspects of our business. To supplement and build on this foundation, Kyle is currently enrolled in UBC’s Rental Property Management Licensing program and is working towards obtaining his real estate license. This, combined with his ability to sustain and foster long-lasting relationships, makes him a valuable resource at Northwest.
