Kyle provides tenant representation and advisory services to a variety of clients across multiple industries, including financial services, insurance, law, media, technology, creative, and information services. He focuses primarily on client occupancy requirements and assignments in the New York Metropolitan region, specifically supporting strategic planning and transaction execution phases. In addition to his tenant representation practice, Kyle handles agency leasing representation for a variety of Landlords. Kyle has 3+ years of experience in the New York market. He has expertise in developing occupancy scenarios, defining space needs, evaluating and underwriting strategic options and negotiating leases and purchases. Kyle specializes in transaction structuring for relocations, renewals, expansions, extensions and dispositions. Prior to joining Brokerage, Kyle held a Senior Analyst role on the Research team in JLL's New York City office. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with a concentration in Finance, from Boston College.
