Kyle McFarland joined Holladay Properties' Indiana Property Management Department in 2015 as a Property Manager for the company's Indianapolis-based commercial portfolio. In 2019, Kyle was promoted to Director of Property Management at Holladay's Corporate Office in South Bend, IN. As Director of Property Management, Kyle is focused on business development for the Property Management department, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the three commercial property management markets in Indiana. A graduate of Ball State University, Kyle is a Certified Property Manager and a frequent attendee of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and BOMA events.
