President and Chief Executive Officer Kyle Kazan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of BFP Management. He is considered an expert in the repositioning of troubled assets, turning them into pride of ownership properties with high occupancy and above market rents. Prior to forming BFP Management, Mr. Kazan was in law enforcement for five years where he garnered his expertise in gang and drug identification / eradication, knowledge which he shares in company seminars. Mr. Kazan frequently speaks on panels in the Real Estate Industry and is quoted often by the media. Before organizing Beach Front Property Management, Mr. Kazan co-founded Beach Front Properties, LLC which owns apartment communities and office buildings in California and Texas. He is widely known as a contrarian investor who correctly times acquisitions and dispositions in Southern California, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Austin, Texas, Shanghai, China and Berlin, Germany. He currently serves on the Board of the Apartment Association and on the Board of the Wellness Community of the South Bay. Mr. Kazan is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he played on the varsity basketball team. Mr. Kazan is married with two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family at the beach and enjoys coaching his son in sports.
