Kyle Jurgenson brings a wealth of sales knowledge, outstanding customer service, and client relations to the table. He was first exposed to commercial real estate early, as his father was a commercial real estate broker and business owner. Kyle maintained properties for his father after high school where he developed an interest in the landscape and horticultural industry, eventually starting his own business in 2013, Proscape Landcare. Through his business, Kyle serviced many commercial and residential property owners, property managers, and real estate companies in Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio.
Through those dealings, Kyle rediscovered his interest in commercial real estate and returned to his family roots to get his Michigan real estate license. In 2020, he began his real estate career as an agent at Swisher Commercial Realty in Ann Arbor. In 2021, he obtained his Ohio license and joined the Miller Diversified Realty team. Here, he could work in both states.
Kyle strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and service to all his clients. He exudes credibility and he is committed to work hard, listen, and follow through. Kyle’s passion for real estate is apparent through his excellent communication skills and his warm, friendly approach.
A Bedford native, Kyle has a strong connection to Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio. As a father of three beautiful daughters, he is proud to serve a part in building a better community for future generations.
