As Director of Investments for Butters Group, Kyle Jones oversees commercial real estate investments across the southeastern United States. He is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, structuring capital transactions, and managing the investment performance of assets through development and asset management activities.
Prior to joining Butters, Mr. Jones spent 15 years with Stiles. Most recently, he served as Senior Managing Director of Stiles Commercial Group, overseeing Stiles’ commercial development and investment activity. As the Founder & Portfolio Manager of Stiles Property Fund, Mr. Jones led all aspects of the discretionary private equity fund that acquired value-added and core-plus properties.
Mr. Jones has served as the past President and Vice President of Public Affairs for both NAIOP South Florida and NAIOP of Florida. He is a member of NAIOP’s Office Development II National Forum as well.
During his time at the University of Florida, Mr. Jones was elected Student Body President, and he served on the University Board of Trustees, the Alumni Association Board of Directors, and the Athletic Association Board of Directors.
