Kyle Dodman is a Vice President of Industrial Properties specializing in industrial sales and leasing with a focus on properties located in the Fraser Valley. Kyle was born and raised in Abbotsford, BC which lays the foundation for his fundamental market knowledge, and his ability to think and strategize with business owners in the Fraser Valley.
Kyle joined CBRE at the beginning of 2020 after six valuable years at a boutique brokerage in the Metro Vancouver area. As a new integral part of CBRE’s Industrial team, Kyle brings a strong background in client relations, financial modelling, and market knowledge of the Fraser Valley. Since becoming an industrial real estate broker in 2014, he has personally been involved in over $225 million in sales and leasing transactions, including over 65 deals in the Abbotsford market alone.
Prior to his entry into Advisory and Transaction services, Kyle was a Mortgage Officer at one of the premier commercial lenders in Canada. He also has over 8 years’ experience in the golf industry with Cleveland Golf/Srixon, Golf Town, and various country clubs. Previously ranked as one of the top junior golfers in British Columbia, Kyle received a varsity golf scholarship to the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business in the fall of 2008. While playing for the Thunderbirds, Kyle developed a tremendous interest in commercial real estate which led to a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Urban Land Economics with a focus on sustainability. Kyle is also a proud alumnus member of Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.
