Kyle Arnold, Senior Advisor, focuses his brokerage efforts for Performance Real Estate Advisors in the Texas and Oklahoma markets. Prior to joining PREA, Kyle served as the Portfolio Manager for Waveland Property Group handling medical office assets in Illinois. Kyle was successful in growing client relationships and oversaw management and leasing for the portfolio. His dedication to his clients improved the assets he was involved with.
Kyle earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Small Business Entrepreneurship from Illinois State University. Outside the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons who are involved in various activities.
