Kurt Wolter brings years of regional and national development knowledge to his clients. Through his extensive experience in land development and entitlement, clear communication, and diverse project history, Kurt brings the support and expertise necessary to successfully navigate the details of development in the Denver area real estate market.
Kurt’s passion for connecting people with the land of their dreams began at an early age and from a unique perspective. Prior to becoming a commercial land broker, Kurt had a very successful career in underwriting major land holdings throughout the US, negotiating land sales and developing master planned communities. Having a background in underwriting and land development enables Kurt to evaluate the highest and best use of land from, large, undeveloped land parcels to commercial and residential lots, allowing him to be an even more effective and multifaceted broker.
Kurt grew up in the Chicago area and moved to Denver in 1970 with the goal of raising a family and becoming an integral part of the community. Kurt enjoys everything the region has to offer; from the mountains, to the fairways and fishing streams. Kurt remains highly involved with various professional and community organizations including Economic Development, The Urban Land Institute and The Denver Home Builders Association.
