Kurt continues to serve as the founder and President of North Pointe Commercial Realty since 2001. He has assisted hundreds of companies, both in the Dallas Fort Worth area and across the country, with their real estate needs using proven processes and creative solutions. Representing organizations within their strategic portfolio planning and overall occupancy cost reduction goals, our primary focus is delivering quality corporate services and quality tenant representative services. Kurt has experience with clients (ranging from local to national to global) which represents a diverse range of industries including telecommunications, semiconductor, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics and software. His clients rely on his commercial real estate marketing knowledge, negotiating confidence and personal attention to ensure that they are well represented.
