Krystina holds the position of Director of Development. She joined SteelHead when the company was formed in 2016. After working her way from Leasing Specialist to Property Manager over the last five years, this new role is vital in setting up our latest construction projects through strategic process management, implementation oversight, and collaboration with the owner/developer teams to ensure that our buildings and on-site teams are set up and ready for success. Once in place, this role also allows our on-site operations teams to focus solely on stabilizing new projects. Krystina is the representative on the management side, allowing for more effective communication and enabling us to maximize results and streamline processes.
