My tenure at Fickling & Company, Inc. has been defined by versatility, where I've embraced diverse roles, serving as both the Commercial Marketing & Transactions Manager and Assistant Human Resources Director.
As a Commercial Marketing & Transactions Manager, I’ve established marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with agents and the broker. Worked side by side with our Commercial Property Management Departments to establish new CPM policy's and procedures in conjunction with Tenant leases. My role has involved overseeing marketing support personnel, leading various projects, and crafting top-tier marketing materials such as brochures, operations manuals, proposals, aerials, and floor plans.
I consistently maintain and update databases to ensure the accuracy of property listings, all the while contributing to the enhancement of our online presence through various website updates. My possession of a real estate license has not only facilitated smooth property transactions but has also provided me with valuable insights into the industry.
Three decades of experience in business administration and marketing, with a specific focus on commercial real estate for over a decade, have molded my journey. This journey has equipped me with proficiency in crucial marketing software and tools, including MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Regis, Retail Lease Trac, and a variety of social media and online marketing platforms.
