Kristy Marcelle specializes in the sale, leasing and property management of office and retail properties with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group. Kristy is part of our team as a sales & leasing associate. She has achieved the prestigious award of President's Circle Award nationwide from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commercial Division. She helps property owners and tenants buy, sell and lease properties.
Kristy joined Berkshire Hathaway with over seven years’ experience as a Property Manager. She has been responsible for the management of over one million square feet of mixed-use properties, including office, retail, industrial and residential projects throughout the state of Florida.
Kristy was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY where she gained experience in the insurance industry and continued to property management and real estate. Kristy joined family in a move to Florida to start her own family. She graduated from DeVry University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
