Kris Entler joined Lincoln Property Company in 2013 and is currently General Manager at Woodfield Corporate Center, a 720,000 RSF suburban office complex in Schaumburg. His responsibilities include management of tenant improvement and capital projects, financial reporting, contract negotiation, and tenant relations. Kris has over 17 years of experience managing class A high rise buildings in both the CBD and Suburbs. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company Kris, had previously been with JLL and AmTrust Realty Corp.
Kris is a member of BOMA Suburban Chicago and is Chair of the Membership Committee. He has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2008, received his Real Property Administrator (RPA) Designation in 2015 and is currently working on his BOMI-HP Designation. Kris is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a BA in Political Science.
