Kristoph Lodge has been a member of Newmark’s Palo Alto office since early 1999. A consistent top performer within the Northern California region, he finished among the region’s top 10 in 10 of the 11 years from 2007 to 2017.
Mr. Lodge specializes in office/R&D/life science leasing nationwide and locally from as far north as San Francisco extending south to Cupertino, providing real estate representation to landlords and tenants. In addition, Mr. Lodge excels in the spearheading, planning and implementation of national and/or international space expansion plans for growing technology and multinational companies.
Mr. Lodge’s clients include stable credit-worthy corporations and multinational developers to dynamic start-ups, which he assists in the development and implementation of short and long-term real estate solutions. In 2017, Mr. Lodge was the lead agent in the leasing or selling of approximately 3 million square feet, with transactions that ranged from 350,000 square feet to 1,000 square feet of laboratory space in South San Francisco and from an office campus in Silicon Valley to Class A office space in San Francisco.
