Kristine Green is a Cincinnati native and grew up in a successful family business of 35 years. She started her first business at 22 and she has been investing, managing or working in real estate for 25+ years. She became a licensed Realtor in 2007 and has been successfully serving families and businesses since. In 2007 she obtained the Rookie of the Year award and later in her career the Presidents Club, Circle of Excellence, as well as several luxury designations all based on sales performance.
Kristine's educational back-round and work experience is in multi-media production, sales, marketing and real estate. The connections she's gained in media have allowed her to be involved in productions for the Cincinnati Arts Association, The Cincinnati Zoo, Clear Channel and Channel WB64. She has been able to successfully combine this marketing experience into her real estate business to better serve her real estate clients. Her niche has become the go to agent for properties that other agents couldn’t sell. Kristine is detail oriented and enjoys the challenge of creating personalized marketing plans and staying until the job is complete. She was the first licensed agent in Ohio to get an FAA license for aerial video production to better showcase her clients businesses and homes. She continues to educate herself and collaborate with some of the best in these industries.
