As Regional Vice President, Kristina oversees operations in the Midwest Region of BH’s portfolio, which spans more than 20,000 units across eight states. She holds a Professional Designation as a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor and is actively involved in BH’s Annual Management Conference Committee, the United Way Campaign Committee, and the company’s 401K/Profit Sharing Committee. In addition to her role, Kristina serves on the Greater Iowa Apartment Association Board and is the Chair of the Pinnacle of Excellence Award Committee. Since joining the company in 2008, Kristina has served as AVP of Operations, Regional Manager, and Property Manager for BH, and she has an extensive background in property lease-ups. Prior to BH, she worked for Pinnacle and served as the Marketing Director for Western Filtration Technologies. Kristina is passionate about seeing her teams excel while experiencing inclusion and appreciation.
