Bio
Perry brings more than 23 years of directly-related business and real estate experience to CRC.
Perry oversees leasing activities for a portfolio of CRC commercial retail assets. Her responsibilities include interacting with existing tenants to execute lease renewals and expansions, identifying new leasing opportunities to improve the retail tenant mix, and interacting with CRC’s stakeholders to maintain and increase long-term asset value.
Perry previously worked as Assistant Vice President, Retail for The Peterson Companies, where she handled leasing for more than two million square feet of space in the greater Washington, D.C. area. She also held leasing manager and director positions with Lerner Enterprises and Rappaport. Perry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Society from the University of Carolina at Chapel Hill.
