Kristin has lived in the River Region area for 41 years. In 1999 she decided to move to Tuscaloosa and pursue a lifelong dream of attending the attending the University of Alabama and that dream came true in the Fall of 2001. Kristin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a minor in Psychology. In 2005, she listed a parcel of land with a friend and the land sold within months. Kristin began talking to her about her career and it sounded like something she would really enjoy. She loved to work with people and finding a home for someone sounded like it would be such a fulfilling and rewarding experience. In 2005, Kristin decided to embark on the journey of becoming a Realtor. She has loved every minute of her career through the years and cannot wait for more memories to come in the future. Throughout her years of experience, Kristin has thoroughly enjoyed working with all types of buyers and sellers. She has developed some great ongoing relationships with clients over the course of 15 years. Kristin has experience listing relocation properties as well as assisting buyers who are relocating into the River Region area.
She currently holds two Military certifications to assist our Active and Retired Military Personnel that are relocating to the area which are the Military Relocation Professional Certification and Certified Military Residential Specialist. For Sellers she is happy to announce that she is also a Certified Home Marketing Expert. Kristin is currently a member of National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, and Montgomery Area Association of Realtors.
