Kristen Sullivan is a Senior Associate on the Azzi Team at the Marcus and Millichap Los Angeles office located in Century City.
Kristen specializes in multifamily investment sales and 1031 exchanges, with a focus on multifamily properties in the San Fernando Valley. A 30-year resident of Los Angeles with experience buying and selling real estate, she has a deep understanding of local market values. Kristen provides undivided attention to every client and consistently surpasses their expectations.
Kristen sold over $25 Million in the Van Nuys submarket in 2022.
Experience: Prior to joining The Azzi Group, Kristen was self-employed as a venture capital investor, assessing valuations and funding start-up companies. Prior to this she was a Marketing Director for Sony Music, where she executed marketing campaigns for new music releases and film soundtracks.
Education: Kristen graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and also majored in marketing. Kristen then continued on to earn her MBA. She is presently in the Graduate School of Business at Pepperdine University, furthering her studies in global business. Kristen holds a state of California real estate license.
Personal Interests: Kristen has travelled extensively, having spent time in 55 countries. She possesses a vast understanding of cultural complexities, differences in business practices around the globe and the importance of synergy in global markets. Kristen is active in philanthropy and volunteering in the local community and has been a member of the National Charity League for 15 years. Kristen is the mother of two children, a daughter who graduated from Tulane University and a son at Boston College who is currently studying for one year at London School of Economics. In 2011 she made the climb to Base Camp on Mount Everest. Kristen spends as much time as possible spinning, weight training, skiing and running with her Siberian Husky.
