Leveraging more than a decade’s experience in commercial real estate, Kristen is focused on new investment and unlocking ahead-of-market opportunities. With background in asset management, development, leasing and property management, as well as across mixed-use, industrial, multifamily, hospitality and office asset classes – Kristen brings a unique and strategic perspective to new development. Utilizing this broad knowledge base, Kristen works to expand GLC’s ground-up portfolio through evaluating new market opportunities and managing the research, negotiation, construction and lease-up stages. Kristen holds a BA in business and psychology from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN, and an MBA with honors from the University of Notre Dame.
