Prior to selling Commercial Real Estate, Kodi worked in the petroleum industry handling the marketing for Jumping Jimmy's Gas stations. After leaving JJ's, he was the owner and operator of a sports training company in Illinois, preparing athletes for collegiate, minor, and pro level sports .
