Knute Bucklew is a senior managing director in Newmark Knight Frank's Walnut Creek office, where he specializes in the leasing and sale of office buildings and tenant representation in the North I 680 corridor market. Mr. Bucklew's strong work ethic and understanding of clients' needs have enabled him to successfully complete more than 700 transactions in 17 years. His areas of expertise include development of strategic real estate planning, asset disposition, market research, trend analysis and leverage negotiations. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Bucklew was a vice president in the Walnut Creek office of Grubb & Ellis, where he was a consistent Top Five Producer with the company. He was named Bay Area Rookie of the Year in 2003. Mr. Bucklew is actively involved in his community, where he serves on the advisory board of St. Mary of Immaculate Conception and the board of directors for the Monument Crisis Center.
