It may sound cliché, but Kirk Steinbock really does have a passion for helping and showing people the benefits of owning real estate and how it can build financial security. It is this passion that drives him to continually improve himself and his real estate practice. The focus of his real estate business is to serve his clients and align with their goals to provide the best possible outcome. He must be doing an excellent job as his business comes from past clients or referrals. It started in 1997, his wife and he bought their first home, and then a few years later their first of many rental properties. Kirk got his real estate license in 2006 and began a full-time career helping others buy and sell property. He has been fortunate to help clients successfully buy and sell homes and multiple types of investment properties. This firsthand experience and being active in the market in multiple ways directly benefits his clients in their transactions. They know they can rely on him for relevant market information so they can make educated decisions. As a Colorado native and growing up in Golden, Kirk has experienced the tremendous growth of our state and knows the metro Denver area well. In his free time, he enjoys trying new coffee shops, hiking, motorcycling, working out, and being outside with his wife of 20+ years and his two teenage daughters.
