Kim Harder Webb has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. Her career began as the secretary and marketing administrator for a competing company and after 10 years of her service, she received her Michigan and Wisconsin Real Estate licenses. Kim started her selling career with Leeds Real Estate from ground 0 and has excelled with the company earning top producing status and was the #1 producer in 2013 and again in 2017 for all of Dickinson, Iron, Florence, Marinette and part of Menominee counties. She is a multi-million-dollar producer and contributes her successes to the support of her husband, the wonderful clients and customers she has worked with and their referrals but foremost the blessings from the Lord.
Kim’s experience and knowledge from the several years of selling and having the opportunity of working in the industry as a secretary, marketing administrator to then Realtor, allows her to understand what the client/customer needs and how to get the job done successfully. When asked what she likes most about her job, this was her reply, “I don’t look at selling real estate as a job. She is on the DDA Board for the City of Iron Mountain, the chairperson for the Great Start Collaborative, Committee member of the Dickinson County Chamber Alliance, Kiwanis member, BNI (Business Networking International) member and active with Christian Women’s.
