Kim Telkamp is the General Manager for Cypress Waters Offices. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of all team members, and the 2.5 million square feet of developed office and its surroundings.
Kim joined Billingsley in 2016 as a property manager and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2016 and General Manager in 2018. Prior to obtaining her current position with Billingsley, Kim worked for Trinity Interests in a property management role.
With more than twenty-six years of property management experience, Kim has been exposed to various types of real estate developments and personalities, including owners, vendors, tenants and co-workers. She understands the importance of good tenant relations and having a strong team.
Her passion for property management and the real estate industry drove Kim to become a licensed real estate agent in Texas. She won the Lone Star award for property manager of the year for 2017-2018.
