Kim Sutton, based in Portland’s West End, is a 22 year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over Southern Maine. Kim is committed to her clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and always puts her client’s needs first.
After earning her BA in Economics at the University of Southern Maine, Kim continued to work in real estate marketing and administration. Passionate about investment properties and property development, Kim has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations.
Personal
Active in the community, Kim is a proud board member of the West End Neighborhood Association and the Southern Maine Landlords Association.
In her free time, Kim is an avid traveller and has visited over 32 countries. Her husband Lee, originally from Liverpool, England, recently became an American citizen. She has lived and worked in Kathmandu, Nepal and Saar, Kingdom of Bahrain; Kim feels lucky to have landed back in the great state of Maine.
