Kim Stachler joined the RICORE team in 2006. Since the inception of Kim’s career into the Real Estate industry, she has played an integral role in the leasing and management of a diverse array of product including office, industrial, office/flex, retail and residential. Kim began her career with Richard Flagel Realty, Inc. in 1999 as Property Manager and was primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of a 500,000 square foot portfolio. In 2001, Kim accepted the challenge to manage a portfolio of over 5 million square feet spanning Ohio, Kentucky & Michigan for RG Properties, a Dayton based owner/developer. Kim has worked with such retail giants as Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Kohl’s as well as with several highly regarded REIT’s such as Dividend Capital Trust and Cabot Properties. Kim holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Sinclair Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Wright State University.
