Kim began a very successful real estate career over 20 years ago as an Assistant Manager at an apartment community while attending the University of South Carolina. It was the beginning of her genuine love to help others find quality real estate. After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 1998 with a BA in Psychology, she quickly worked her way up in the business and has not looked back since.
Throughout her career, she mastered how to accomplish superior customer service in all facets... selling property, negotiating contracts, managing contractors, maintaining vendor relations, formulating budgets, administrative duties and performing any reasonable tasks or request imaginable that is consistent with accomplishing desired results for all parties involved.

Kim was born in Pittsburgh, but she was raised here in the Midlands. She knows the area extremely well. She has an amazing family, and they are all Steelers fans. She really enjoys couponing, family time, and walking. Kim also volunteers for Richland County as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) representing abused and neglected children as a Guardian ad Litem.
