In 1985, guided by divine providence, Kim embarked on her journey in Real Estate. Beginning with Property Management, she diligently ascended the ranks to oversee Chardonnay Apartments in Germantown, TN. By 1987, Kim had obtained her Real Estate License. For over a decade, she devoted herself to caring for countless families until her path led her back home, first to Franklin, TN, and then, just 20 months later, to Atlanta. For 21 years, Georgia has been Kim's cherished home, where she has savored every moment of raising her family.
Having relocated twice within a span of 20 months, Kim empathizes deeply with families in transition, drawing from her own experiences to provide empathetic support.
