Kimberly joined Selig Enterprises, Inc. in 2021 as a Leasing Representative. Prior to that she worked at JLL as a Retail Advisor for the Retail Agency Leasing team. As a leasing representative, Kimberly delivers unmatched and best-in-class merchandising by focusing on creating lasting community experiences. She specializes in landlord representation, delivering value to retail property by facilitating transactions with leading restaurateurs, merchants, and unique entertainment concepts.
Prior to joining JLL, Kimberly was a Real Estate Associate at Dewberry Capital Corporation, reporting to the Chairman and CEO. Throughout her tenure from 2013 to 2018, Kimberly was involved in retail leasing, corporate communications and development initiatives.
In 2015 Kimberly received a BA in Business from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ACBR), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Atlanta’s Council for Quality Growth’s Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI), and JLL Young Guns Class of 2019. Kimberly currently holds a real estate license in the state of Georgia.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys traveling, equestrian, golf and of course, exploring new retail and restaurant concepts.
