Kim Yezbak is a Vice President, Industrials Specialist with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Kim joined the NNN Pro Group in 2023 and currently works in the Institutional Coverage Group focused on supporting the team in the disposition, acquisition, and exchange of industrial and office assets across the country.
Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Kim most recently worked at PNC Bank where she led both sales and operational teams in high volume loan closings. With 30 plus years’ experience and involvement in over $25 billion in lending transactions, she has built a career in driving business growth, sales success, and operational excellence. She graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in Fine Arts and an emphasis in graphic design. Kim lives in the Lake Tahoe, Nevada area.
