An experienced principal known for innovative placemaking and uniting visionary tenants with prime locations, Kim is a sought-after representative who negotiates transactions on behalf of discerning clients. With over 15 years of experience and a vast network of deep relationships, she leads targeted expansions for a curated array of national, regional, and local restaurants and retailers. She is a trusted partner for landlords specializing in mixed-use assets as well as ground-up developments, executing their visions and deftly navigating the nuances of each project to create value throughout transaction lifecycles. From thriving neighborhood mainstays to fully leased downtown buildings, Kim is fiercely committed to her clients’ successes.
Prior to joining KLNB in 2015, Kim led the Retail Services Group in Washington, DC for Savills (formerly Studley) and launched their Mid-Atlantic leasing platform. She also played an integral role on the Retail Investment Sales team at CBRE—the top-producing group in the Mid-Atlantic—focusing on shopping center sales throughout the region. Kim earned a degree in Real Estate Finance from the Kogod School of Business at American University.
