I have been with our predecessor company and Colliers International over 25 years bringing experience in leasing and sales of retail and investment properties in the State of Hawaii. I have developed statewide knowledge of both the resort real estate market, as well as an integral working knowledge of commercial properties on the Island of Oahu.
I have participated in several significant redevelopment projects in the State of Hawaii on the islands of Kauai, Maui, and Oahu. I have been responsible for master planning these projects from a tenant-mix prospective, creating rent structures along with financial proformas to ensure project success. Once these plans have been completed, Colliers’ leasing team executes the leasing plan and creates value for the owners once the redevelopment is completed. I have also developed my own retail projects on Oahu, which gives me detailed experience in overseeing planning and architectural design, construction, and financing of retail projects.
