A longstanding Miami resident, Kim Sarkisian brings 13 years of experience in commercial real estate operations and sales to her position as Office Manager for CBC Alliance Miami, including a nine-year tenure at Holly Real Estate where she oversaw an office of 25 brokers specializing in investment sales, tenant representation, agency, property management and project management.
In her role with CBC Alliance Miami, Kim manages all facets of operations and human resources for the full-service brokerage. Kim is an active member of the Junior League of Miami where she serves on the board. She is a past board member of CHARLEE and is active with Camillus Houses program Empowering Camillus Women Together. Over the years she has been a committee member for Sylvester Comprehensive Center Designed for a Cure and Gala events.
