Kim Morque has been a principal with Spinnaker Real Estate Partners since 1998 and has over 35 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and property management. Mr. Morque has worked on numerous redevelopment and reuse projects in Fairfield County and is currently focused on company operations and management.
Mr. Morque is Vice Chairman of the Downtown Special Services District (DSSD) in Bridgeport, CT. Mr. Morque is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Lockwood Matthews Mansion Museum in Norwalk, CT, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County. He is past Chairman of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Westchester/Fairfield County District Council and a current member of the Redevelopment and Reuse Council (RRC) of ULI. Mr. Morque is also a past President of the Westchester/Fairfield board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, (NAIOP). He graduated from the Pratt Institute and completed New York University’s Real Estate Diploma Program.
