With over 30 consecutive years of experience in commercial real estate development, corporate services and tenant representation, Josephson has completed thousands of lease transactions comprising millions of square feet. Josephson translates his mantra of superior service into tenant solutions through creative problem solving, a comprehensive service delivery, prized negotiation skills and time-tested real estate instincts.
While Josephson’s portfolio runs deep with such leading clients as Edwards Lifesciences, Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian, Toyota Motor Sales, SCS Engineers, Broadcom Corporation, Epicor, recent and past chievements include a 10 acre land purchase for Edwards Lifesciences, 57,000 square foot office lease for Hoag, 100,000 square foot renewal for Toyota, 800,000-square-foot office headquarters lease for Broadcom, a 250,000 square foot build-to-sale for Edwards Lifesciences in Central America.
Additionally, Josephson engineered a 172,000-square-foot build-to-suit for DataWorks in San Diego, completed a 60,000-square-foot headquarters lease for ActionTec Electronics in Sunnyvale and secured an 82,000-square-foot office lease for Broadcom in Bangalore, India.
