Ms. Emery joined INCO Company in February 2004 and has distinguished herself as a exceptional broker while performing on behalf of numerous private investors, users, and corporate clients such as SCAN Health Plan, Pioneer Medical Group, Paragon Steel, Direct Sourcing Associates, Inc. (a subsidiary of Skechers), Colonial Life Insurance, American Express Financial Advisors, American General, City of Long Beach, Children’s Home Society, CNS Response, Communication Workers of America, Waters & Krause, i-mobius and Krupp Ajay.
Prior to joining INCO Company, Ms. Emery’s Real Estate experience includes Cushman & Wakefield of California as a result of Cushman & Wakefield’s acquisition of Matlow-Kennedy Commercial Real Estate Services. As a broker with Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Emery partnered herself with a strong team that collectively carries over 53 years of experience in lease and sale transactions representing Sellers, Buyers, Lessors & Lessees. Combined, her team was involved in over approximately 3,350 transactions. These transactions ranged in size up to 200,000 square feet. A sample of the tenants represented include: Canon Information Systems, Keesal Young & Logan, Ultramar/Diamond Shamrock, The Designory, AT&T, Starkist Seafoods, and Allstate Insurance just to name a few. A partial list of buildings leased and/or sold includes the World Trade Center, 444 W. Ocean, 180 East Ocean, 400 Oceangate, One Golden Shore, 11 Golden Shore I & II, 5150 East Pacific Coast Highway (Park Tower), and Circle Business Centers I & II.
As a listing team member with Cushman & Wakefield, she marketed such projects as the World Trade Center, 180 Ocean Building, Union Bank Building, 444 West Ocean Building, Circle Business Center I & II, Park Tower, Wing Office Park, 5000 & 5001 Airport Plaza Drive, and 110 Pine.
Ms. Emery joined Matlow-Kennedy in June 2000 as a leasing agent. Prior to joining Matlow-Kennedy, she worked with the corporate consulting firm, The Vance Caesar Group, assisting influential leaders of companies such as Deloitte & Touche, Sony, Raytheon, Taco Bell, Freedom Communications, Boeing, Conexant, Arco and numerous emerging companies and non-profits to further strengthen their purpose and leadership of self and others.
