Kiera has been with Florida Retail Partners for over three years as a retail sales associate. Kiera has a diverse client roster which includes national, regional and local tenants searching for in-line, end-cap and outparcel locations. Kiera also works with owners and is responsible for leasing existing shopping centers, new developments, and purchase/sale of raw land. Responsibilities include market analysis and strategic planning for growth opportunities, securing space in existing shopping centers, competitor analysis, executing outbound prospecting initiatives, and assembling marketing packages. Kiera is a licensed Florida real estate salesperson and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In addition to her real estate career, Kiera is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and a member of the Christian Business Women Connection’s (CBWC). She was born and raised in Chicago and a graduate cum laude of The University of Tampa.
